Evan Rachel Wood
Evan Rachel Wood was conceived in Raleigh, North Carolina on September 7th, 1987. Her father, Ira David Wood III is a theatre actor and writer, while her mother, Sara Wood is an actress and acting coach. There are two older brothers, Dana Wood, a musician, as well as Ira David Wood IV, who has also acted. Evan and her brothers occasionally were on stage at Theatre In The Park in Raleigh where her father established and where he is the executive director. At the age of five she screen-tested against Kirsten Dunst to play the lead part in Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994) following a lengthy audition process. She moved to Los Angeles with her mom and brother Ira in 1996 . She's enjoyed success since then and has been featured in a variety of TV series, TV movies and feature films.
